• App-specific access or saved settings in a terminated account may become unavailable
• Sections of these Terms that should survive (like IP rights, indemnification, and dispute resolution) remain in effect

Governing Law

The laws governing your use of Arcane Witch Reels are described in this section.

The laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Decentralized Cloud Data is registered govern these Terms, without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles.

Courts: Subject to the arbitration agreement, any legal proceedings not resolved through arbitration shall be brought in courts of competent jurisdiction in Decentralized Cloud Data's governing jurisdiction. Both parties consent to personal jurisdiction.

Amendments

Decentralized Cloud Data reserves the right to modify or replace this Agreement at any time in its sole discretion. Material amendments will be communicated through one or more of the following: an in-app notification; email notice to the address associated with the user's account; or a notice prominently displayed on the Company's website.

Effective Date of Amendments
Amended Terms become effective upon posting unless a later date is specified. For material changes, the Company will provide not less than fourteen (14) days advance notice prior to the effective date, except where changes are required by law or relate to new features added for user benefit, in which case changes may take effect immediately.

Continued Use as Acceptance
Your continued use of the Application after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the amended Agreement. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Application prior to the effective date of the amendment.

General Provisions

The following miscellaneous terms complete this agreement between you and Decentralized Cloud Data.

These Terms and our Privacy Policy together form the complete agreement governing your use of Arcane Witch Reels, replacing any prior agreements.

Invalid or unenforceable provisions don't invalidate the rest of these Terms. Each provision stands independently.

Any failure to enforce these Terms doesn't constitute a waiver. Decentralized Cloud Data reserves all enforcement rights at all times.

Assignment: You cannot assign your rights or obligations under these Terms. We may assign ours in a merger, acquisition, or restructuring.
